Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to physician questions

Detailed clinical and legal answers to questions frequently asked by physicians, clinic directors, and healthcare leaders.

Does AI diagnose diseases or prescribe treatment independently?+

No, absolutely not. Tabib.today acts strictly as an ambient clinical assistant. A diagnosis appears in the SOAP draft only if explicitly voiced by the physician during the visit. If unmentioned, the field remains empty. The AI never recommends prescriptions or therapies.

Is there a risk of AI hallucinations or fabricated medical facts?+

To eliminate hallucination risks, every drafted statement is bound to its exact audio citation. Physicians can click "Listen" next to any bullet to replay the patient dialogue. Notes are never finalized without physician review and sign-off.

How are ICD-10 diagnostic codes suggested?+

Based on the clinician’s stated diagnosis, the system suggests matching ICD-10 codes purely as recommendations. Codes are never appended to official records without explicit physician confirmation.

How is patient consent captured and verified?+

Patients enrolled in Tablet.today scan the doctor’s QR code and confirm consent within their app. For unenrolled patients, oral consent is requested and preserved in the visit’s initial audio recording.

What is the 72-hour ephemeral storage policy?+

If a clinician does not confirm or reject a visit draft within 72 hours, all raw consultation audio, transcripts, and drafts are permanently purged from servers to guarantee patient data privacy.

How is clinical data encrypted and protected?+

All data in transit and at rest is protected with AES-256 military-grade encryption. Every access and modification event is recorded in a tamper-resistant security audit log. Raw EMR files are never exposed to patients.

What are the benefits of integrating with the Tablet.today app?+

When paired, clinicians view real-world patient medication adherence (PMR percentage) tracked via Tablet.today. Upon confirmation, plain-language patient summaries are automatically dispatched to the patient’s smartphone.

What happens if the internet connection drops during a consultation?+

The Tabib.today mobile application continues recording offline locally without interruption. Once connectivity is restored, the audio securely uploads and synthesizes the SOAP draft.

Is direct integration with DMED supported?+

Not in this release. Direct export to DMED is scheduled on our roadmap and will be rolled out in upcoming releases.

Which languages and clinical speech patterns are recognized?+

Tabib.today understands Uzbek, Russian, and colloquial bilingual medical dialogue. The physician decides the target language for the finalized clinical record.

How does the system handle background clinic noise?+

Server-side neural noise-filtering and silence trimming strip out environmental background noise, focusing exclusively on doctor and patient dialogue.

What hardware or microphones are required?+

No specialized hardware is required. Any modern iOS or Android smartphone and a desktop browser are fully sufficient.

How long does clinician onboarding take after submitting a request?+

Our administrative team verifies professional credentials and contacts you within 2 business days to provision your clinical account.

Can state hospital doctors submit diploma numbers instead of private licenses?+

Yes. State practitioners without private licenses can enter their higher medical diploma number or clinical registration certificate.

Can an entire clinical department or hospital enroll?+

Yes. Indicate your clinician team size in the onboarding form. For medical clinics, we provide custom departmental SOAP templates and administrator oversight portals.

What is the pricing model for Tabib.today?+

During our current pilot phase, verified clinicians receive subsidized early-access terms. Exact pricing tiers are communicated upon onboarding review.

What is the AI briefing feature?+

AI briefing compiles a concise 30-second executive summary of the patient’s last 3 finalized visits prior to consultation, with each takeaway directly linking to source documentation.

Who carries clinical and legal liability for documentation accuracy?+

Clinical responsibility remains exclusively with the licensed physician. Tabib.today operates purely as an administrative transcription assistant; all notes require physician verification, edit, and sign-off.
